GROUP BASED COACHING

Our small group personal training program is designed to provide you with the personalised attention of a one-on-one personal training session, while also giving you the benefits of working out in a group setting.

With Up to 5 training sessions per week coached by our personal trainers at our private training facility (based at New Brighton Rugby Club).

No 2 people are the same and neither should your nutrition be. We focus on teaching you that you can eat a balanced fun diet and still make incredible improvements.

Weekly check ins using our new coaching app. This will help you say accountable and ensure your progress is fluid with your personal circumstances.

Our members only support groups are designed to help you get the most out of your training experience.

SPRINT

GIVE IT ALL YOU'VE GOT

Sprint is a challenging and exciting workout that will push your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.

This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall fitness level. Using Concept 2 rowers, ski-ergs and bike-ergs, we are going to get you the best results at top speed. 

No more aimless, boring hours on the treadmill, instead by utilising a wide range of training systems we will take your fitness to the next level.

Best thing I did was joining utopia gym, I joined in June 2022. In just 10 months I have lost over 3 stone and loss just under 40 inches. Its not the dreaded diet everybody hates, its calorie counting. It’s so enjoyable, we can still eat and enjoy ourselves. I have been on loads of different holidays and weekends away, you learn to adjust the way of eating and choosing healthier options. I have never enjoyed going to the gym before, this is something I never felt comfy with. But joining utopia has changed my life, I have made so many different friends. Group PT classes are the way forward, the coaches are very helpful. Always there to help you and teach you the correct performances, if you have bad days (which we all have) they’re are there to help and support you 100%. 💪🏼

Best thing I’ve done is join utopia , firstly the support you get from both trainers and members is amazing , so friendly and easy to approach. I started going to the sprint class in May 22 and havent turned back , sprint class is tough but you put in as much effort as you can the mixture of the rower skier and bike is great better than any sprint class! I then joined the group PT group in September which is amazing value for money ! Highly recommend you give this place a go !

Been a member for coming upto 6 years and not once regretted my decision of joining. If your looking for a independent gym where coaches genuinley care and want you to achieve the best version of yourself whilst being surrounded by a variety of like minded individuals utopia is the place for you!everybody is so friendly and welcoming and you will fast become one of the family. Wonderful place to train. With the added bonus of coaches with extensive knowledge and personal journeys to draw from and advise you in the best possible way.

I could not recommend Utopia enough , Dave and the team are absolutely fantastic, the knowledge & support has been amazing, I have gained so much more confidence around not only training ,my food and the atmosphere is fab, friendly and everyone supports you in your session it’s great . I love training I go because I want to 😃not because I have too 😉 also the group shares so many tips on good food choices , best thing I ever did thanks guys x

So I am not a member of Utopia but I pay to do the Sprint class there once a week on a saturday morning, and I have to say it is superb!! The workouts are sooo challenging and there is no way I would get through them if I was training on my own. The equipment is well maintained, the music and lighting are phenomenal and the workouts are brutal, there is no better way to start a saturday now!! I feel welcomed and part of the crew even though I am not a member there and the atmosphere is really friendly and supportive. You simply have to try this place out!!

I have only been here for 4 weeks and so glad i took the plunge! Why haven't i done this sooner?!!…..i have always struggled with my weight and worried about gyms…..i’d never been in one in my 40years and never thought i’d see the day i was actually in one…..let alone being happy and comfortable in there! Who knew the buzz exercise gives you! I love the atmosphere whilst at the gym, the fact the coaches are on hand overseeing and supporting you, and also the fact its not overcrowded, its small group training along side like minded others and i can feel the change in my life for the better already thanks to the guidance and support with my training and nutrition 🤗 Thanks so much utopia 💪

if like me you need some expert advice and guidance on your fitness and nutrition then I would fully recommend Utopia Fitness and Performance. I joined the team in January 2022 and over the last year the coaches and members have fully changed my mindset in understanding what consistency to weight management and physical activity can do for my overall health and wellbeing. I have achieved amazing results, including how to approach my holidays, and social life. Nothing has had to stop to fit into a particular outfit or attend a special event. Utopia is my place that I attend as me ‘Sue’ the individual and not the mum, wife, sibling or colleague, helping me to create a really good work/life balance. Love this place, like minded people pushing each other to achieve our own individual goals, along with great coaches in Dave and Hayley who have expert knowledge in all aspects of training and are always there to encourage, praise and push you or even just for a chat! Small Group training classes with great equipment for resistance training and even a cardio studio which offers Sprint sessions so no excuses. Changed my life and could change yours
